For the past thirteen years, Jules has dedicated her career to nursing- specifically, the Trauma Intensive Care Unit as a traveling RN. Jules’s passion for wellness extends beyond the hospital walls and traditional medicine. She believes in a holistic approach that encompasses mind, body, and spirit. She hopes to empower others to find both physical and mental balance through the convergence of her knowledge of western medicine and the practices of yoga.

Jules has witnessed the power of yoga to complement medical treatments. Through personalized yoga sessions, mindfulness techniques and lifestyle adjustments, she empowers her clients to help manage their chronic conditions naturally. Yoga isn't just about physical postures; it is a holistic approach to well-being. With her unique background as a nurse, she is equipped to help you and your healthcare team create a holistic personalized plan that is centered around you as an individual.

Yin-Yasa: Sundays 10:00am at Heartwood Yoga Institute

Yin-Yasa is a hybrid of Vinyasa (Yang) Flow and Yin (passive yoga). A powerful pairing of two disciplines of yoga.

Yin Yoga: Wednesdays 10:00am at Heartwood Yoga Institute

Yin Yoga specifically targets the deep connective tissues.Postures are held for an extended period - typically 3-5min. This prolonged duration allows for a deeper stretch and encourages relaxation.

Slow Flow Yoga: Fridays 10:00am at Heartwood Yoga Institute

The deliberate slower pace ensures a gradual warmup, gently preparing your muscles and joints for deeper stretches. Slower pacing also allows you to focus on proper alignment in each pose. Slow flow is accessible to beginners and seasoned yogis alike.

Gentle Yoga: Mondays & Thursdays 9:00am @ Jefferson Fit

Gentle Yoga is performed at a relaxed pace, allowing you to move mindfully and connect with your breath. The poses are less intense and use gentle stretching to enhance flexibility without strain, making it accessible for all fitness levels.
